Return Process

    Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the items in their original anti-static packaging and include all manuals and accessories to ensure the product is protected during transit.

    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our designated electronics inspection facility using a trackable shipping method.

    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the battery health and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
